Las Vegas - Apparently, rumors of Big Ben Roethlisberger's demise are a bit premature. When the Steelers opened up 1-4, everyone was ready to send Roethlisberger to the scrap heap. It's true that Big Ben STILL can not move, but man he has 18 years worth of smarts inside that helmet. He actually is looking sharper each week, and with the emergence of RB Najee Harris, it's making Ben look even smarter. Last week, he had a rock solid game against a tough Cleveland defense, hitting on 22 of 34 (65%) for 266 yards with a TD and no INTs. Najee rumbled for 91 if you were wondering. The other key number is, 10. That's how many points a normally prolific Browns offense put on the board. Cleveland exploded for 41 yesterday. Just sayin'. Back to defense, Chicago's specifically, and the beating heart of the D, Khalil Mack, is OUT! Even before that, the D was shaky on the road, as the Bears were outscored 107-43 in four away games. That's an average loss of 16 points per game. Pittsburgh has won three in a row coming in, Chicago has lost three straight. Not gonna wave a Terrible Towel, but will drop a small handful of pennies on the Steel. However, if Big Ben's nagging injuries keep him in street clothes, then it's a total pass.
