Las Vegas - Golden State is praying. Praying for what? Praying for the return of Steph Curry when the playoffs start. Without Curry, the Warriors have been UGLY, losing seven of the last eight and covering just twice. With only three games left after tonight, the Dubs will be in the playoff mix, between a three and a six seed. Sacramento will NOT be at the playoff party unless they win out and the Spurs lose four of their last five. That would put both at 33-49 and guess what? SacTown would be the last team in because the first tiebreaker is head-to-head, and the Kings beat the Spurs two out of three. Certainly a long shot but you never know because Sacramento is coming down the stretch in style, and playing really hard for interim head coach Alvin Gentry. They've won four of the last five straight up and covered four of the last five. Without the spice that Curry provides, gotta take a small taste of the Kings at plus around five and a half points. And finally, GSW clinched a playoff spot last night, so it could be a VERY lackluster effort this evening, especially if the champagne was flowing.
