phillly chilly

Las Vegas - Basically impossible for me to jump into the Rangers/Lightning series starting tonight because, you know, I bleed cement with NY painted on every nail. Can't bet with my heart, and, can't bet against my heart.

However, do have a position on the MLB board tonight and it's the Phillies with Aaron Nola over the Giants. Understand that the Phils are scuffling, losing six of the last seven (not including last night), but with Nola on the hill, we'll bite. The last time out, Nola spun a beauty, going 8 innings, allowing only 1 earned run and posting 10 Ks. The other arm on display, Carlos Rodon, has not really impressed anyone the last three times out. Actually, we could drop UGLIFIED on his work. Rodon has been roughed up for 22 hits and 13 earned runs over the last 14 innings, and with an 8.36 ERA, gotta look at Philly.
