Las Vegas - We know that the Washington Commanders are now up for sale. We know that the owner, Dan Snyder, has had all sorts of issues. We know Amazon's gazillionaire, Jeff Bezos, is the frontrunner to buy the club. We know that they've won three in a row. But we also know that they have an UGLY offense. Nothing against Taylor Heinicke, but scoring 87 points in the last six games for an average of 14.5 points per game just AIN'T gonna get it against Minnesota. It looks like the Vikings are REALLY vibing to first year head coach Kevin O'Connell with a 6-1 record and a 3.5 game lead in the NFC North. Tell me a little about O'Connell Eck? Sure. He comes off a two year stint as the offensive coordinator of the L.A. Rams. And if you recall, the Rams won the Super Bowl, and their offense was ranked 2nd best in receiving touchdowns (41), 5th in total yards (4,893), 8th in total TDs (63). Minny's O is just starting to click, with Kirk Cousins throwing to Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen, while Dalvin Cook gobbles up big chunks on the ground. And they just added T.J. Hockenson, one of the best tight ends in the league. Gotta roll with Captain Kirk and the Purple People Eaters for the money!
