NFL Week 12 Betting Preview
Week 12 of the NFL season features the league’s first Black Friday game as the Miami Dolphins visit the New York Jets on Friday afternoon.
At the Bovada Sportsbook the Dolphins are 10-point road favorites. Miami is 7-3 straight up and 6-4 against the spread and is coming off a 20-13 win over the Las Vegas Raiders as 14-point favorites. The Jets have dropped three in a row SU and ATS to fall to 4-6 SU and 4-5-1 ATS after last week’s 32-6 loss to the Buffalo Bills as 4-point underdogs. The Jets have been a strong UNDER play lately with five straight UNDER results, and at home they’re 2-5 SU and 3-4 ATS in their last seven.
In this matchup the Dolphins are 8-2 SU and ATS in the last 10 games.
Steelers visit rival Bengals as road favorites
On Sunday AFC North rivals clash when the Pittsburgh Steelers visit the Cincinnati Bengals as 1.5-point road favorites.
Pittsburgh is 6-4 SU and ATS following last week’s 13-10 loss to the Cleveland Browns as 2.5-point underdogs. The Steelers are 4-2 SU and ATS in their last six and are 8-2 UNDER in their last 10 for totals bettors. As road favorites they’re 6-4 SU and 4-5-1 ATS in their last 10.
Cincinnati is 5-5 SU and 4-5-1 ATS after last week’s 24-20 loss to the Baltimore Ravens as 4-point underdogs. The Bengals are 8-2 SU and 5-4-1 ATS in their last 10 at home, but as home underdogs they’re 4-6 SU and 6-4 ATS in their last 10.
The Bengals are 4-1 SU and ATS in their last five versus the Steelers. However, the Steelers are 8-2 SU and 5-3-2 ATS in their last 10 games in Cincinnati.
Texans home underdogs against the Jaguars
And in the AFC South on Sunday it’s a fight for first place when the Houston Texans host the Jacksonville Jaguars as 1-point home underdogs.
Houston is 6-4 SU and 5-5 ATS following last week’s 21-16 win over the Arizona Cardinals as 5.5-point favorites. The Texans are 1-3 ATS in their last four games, and as home underdogs they’re 2-7-1 SU and 5-5 ATS in their last 10, which includes winning two straight.
Jacksonville is 7-3 SU and ATS and is coming off a 34-14 win over the Tennessee Titans as 6.5-point favorites. The Jaguars are 6-1 SU and ATS in their last seven games, and on the road they’re 7-1 SU and 8-0 ATS in their last eight.
In Week 3 Houston defeated Jacksonville 37-17 as 7.5-point underdogs. In their last 10 games versus the Jaguars the Texans are 9-1 SU and 7-3 ATS.
