Las Vegas - What a difference a day makes, or actually a fractured finger. In the Thursday night game, the Chargers opened as a -4 point favorite against the Raiders. After starting QB Justin Herbert bent his right index finger in the wrong direction, the entire universe jumped on Vegas and moved the Silver & Black to a -3 point favorite. Looks like Easton Stick will get the start for the Lightning Bolts. Even more startling, the Over/Under total which opened at around 42.5 has plummeted all the way down to 33.5. That money surge is not all because of Herbert, but also the fact the Vegas is PATHETIC on offense. Another gigantic injury came in the Texans/Jets game when C.J. Stroud, a virtual lock for Offensive Rookie of the Year, was taken off the field after his helmet bounced off the turf. Stroud is now in concussion protocol, which is why the line went from an open of Houston -3.5 to Tennessee -2.
