Las Vegas - TOO many bangs & bruises on the 49ers side (CMC & Deebo) and don't really trust Captain Kirk, so it's a pass on the NFL board tonight. However, we will be jumping on some MLB action and using the Phillies over the Diamondbacks. We know that Citizens Bank Park is arguably the loudest stadium in baseball, and we also know that the home field edge for the Phils is ENORMOUS. You want some numbers? We got numbers. Philly has pitched a 6-0 perfecto at the Bank in the playoffs and have outscored the Diamondbacks, Marlins and Braves 39-8. Then we come to Aaron Nola. You want numbers? We got your numbers right here. Nola has started three times in the postseason, and has allowed just 2 earned runs over 18 innings for a skinny 1.00 ERA. As Larry David would say, pretty, pretty, pretty GOOD! Throw in 19 Ks and you have a right arm that is basically MONEY in October. Gonna ring the bell at the Bank and make my bank account a little heavier!
