Las Vegas - Start in the East Regional at Orlando where we're gonna grab Duke over Tennessee. The Blue Devils are playing out of their minds, winning TEN in a row, and cooking with a 5-0 spread run. Tennessee looked glorious for the first three months of the season. The Volunteers were 18-3 heading into February but then the smooth running engine started to cough. The Vols lost seven of the next 12 and covered only four of the last 13. They struggled with UL-Lafayette in the first round, squeezing out a 58-55 win, while the Dookies crushed an Oral Roberts team (74-51) that came in on a ridiculous 17-0 run. Wouldn't it be NUTZ if Jon Scheyer guided the Blue Devils to the Final Four in his first season since taking over for Coach K. Gimme the Devils for the money.

Slide out to the Midwest Regional in Des Moines where we're gonna tickle Penn State plus the points against Texas. All the ratings mavens have Texas at least 8-10 points better than Penn State, but as they say, the game AIN'T played on paper. The Nittany Lions have won and covered six of their last seven, and smoked A&M in the first round (76-59). We had a SWEET win when the Horns covered a 13 point spread in an 81-61 W against Colgate. But Penn State AIN'T a tube of toothpaste!
