If you're a budding meteorologist, call me, because we have some weather props for tomorrow. How about Over/Under 63 degrees in Los Angeles. Got an Over/Under of 50 degrees at the Ronald Reagan National Airport just outside Washington, DC. Looking up North, the Over/Under in Ottawa, Canada is 4 degrees, on the Celsius scale, which is around 39 degrees Fahrenheit. And looking down South, the Over/Under in Cancun, Mexico is 29 degrees Celsius, or a tickle over 84 degrees Fahrenheit. If you wanna take a crack, we would recommend the OVER in Washington, DC. Why? Congress is back and there's bound to be a whole lotta HOT AIR!!!
