Las Vegas - Another bowl game, the New Orleans Bowl, featuring Georgia Southern (-4.5) vs. Sam Houston State. Another coach leaving. This time it's K.C. Keeler leaving Sam Houston State and taking his X & O board to Temple. Brad Cornelsen will coach the Bearkats team that posted a solid 9-3 record. With issues swirling around the interim coach, we were not surprised to see the line jump from -5.5 to -7 in favor of Southern. However, they must be reading my column, because the line has dropped back down to -4.5. LOVE the fact that this is Sam's FIRST EVER bowl game and you know the kids are gonna be JACKED! Still like Sam plus, but not as much as we did at -7.
