some dodgers

Las Vegas - The Dodgers finally lost a game, but it probably AIN'T gonna lose again tonight. Why? Julio Urias gets the start and the talented lefty is on some kind of heater winning five of his last six. Seems like he gets stronger as the season gets longer. We looked back at last year for you and it was kinda SICK! He went 14-1 from June 18 until the end of the season. He'll face 20 year old Miami rookie Eury Perez who has struggled since the start of July. Perez has been ROCKED for 19 hits and 15 earned runs over the last 15 innings (9.00 ERA). Giving up an earned run per inning is never a good thing, but when you're facing the Dodgers, it's LIGHTS OUT! Since the Dodgers and Marlins are gonna play two games today because of the impending hurricane, the pitching matchups might change. STILL like Urias no matter which game he pitches.

For your wagering pleasure, here is your spread stat of the day. Houston always plays tough at home (33-26), but the Astros might need to pay close attention to Seattle. The Mariners have won 11 of the last 14 and are in a battle with Toronto for the final Wild Card (EckSTATS do not include last night's games).
