George Fox Bruins vs Idaho State Bengals Recap - Idaho State Wins 84-59
The battle between Idaho State and George Fox didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as George Fox was handed a 84-59 defeat on Monday at Reed Gym.
Idaho State got 19 points from Austin Smellie and another 15 points from Brayden Parker. Tarik Cool contributed 5 assists, while Malik Porter cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
George Fox got 12 points from Zach Sly in a losing cause and another 11 points from Ryan Lacey. Brendan Ritschard contributed 3 assists for them, while Davon Walker had 4 rebounds.
Idaho State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Idaho State had a 42-20 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
