Cornell Falls 85-74 Against Penn State - Game Recap

Seth Lundy scored 23 points leading Penn State to a 85-74 victory over Cornell at Bryce Jordan Center on Monday.

Penn State won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -15.5-point spread.

Sam Sessoms had 22 points for Penn State and Jalen Pickett chipped in with 15 points. Jalen Pickett had 6 assists for them, while John Harrar was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 12 boards.

Cornell got 15 points from Sarju Patel in a losing cause and another 14 points from Nazir Williams. Kobe Dickson contributed 6 assists for them, while Greg Dolan had 5 rebounds.

Penn State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Penn State had a 38-35 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
