UMass-Lowell Defeats Binghamton 84-70 - Recap

UMass-Lowell grabbed a 84-70 win over Binghamton on Saturday, behind a 21-point effort from Allin Blunt at Costello Athletic Center.

UMass-Lowell got 18 points from Ayinde Hikim and another 14 points from Everette Hammond. Ayinde Hikim contributed 4 assists, while Max Brooks cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.

Binghamton got a 21-point performance from Dan Petcash, who was supported by 14 points from Armon Harried. Jacob Falko had 6 assists in a losing cause for Binghamton, while Taveion White grabbed 6 rebounds.

UMass-Lowell was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Binghamton had a 27-26 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

UMass-Lowell heads into a battle against UMBC. Binghamton, meanwhile, will have their next action against Vermont.
