Portland Defeats San Diego 92-82 - Recap

San Diego was burned for 43 points by Max Mackinnon on Thursday as Portland picked up a 92-82 win at Chiles Center.

Portland won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -2.5-point spread as favorites.

Chris Austin had 20 points for Portland and Austin Rapp chipped in with 17 points. Chris Austin had 5 assists for them, while Austin Rapp was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.

San Diego got 19 points from Kody Clouet in a losing cause and another 14 points from Tony Duckett. Joey Chammaa contributed 5 assists for them, while Steven Jamerson II had 10 rebounds.

Portland was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

San Diego had a 36-34 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Portland looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Gonzaga. San Diego will aim to get back on the winning track at San Francisco.
