Recap - George Mason Defeats Stony Brook 94-56

George Mason cruised to victory on Monday, running Stony Brook out of the gym and running up a 94-56 score at EagleBank Arena.

George Mason won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -15.5-point spread as favorites.

Darius Maddox had 20 points for George Mason and Giovanni Emejuru chipped in with 17 points. K.D. Johnson had 6 assists for them, while Woody Newton was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 9 boards.

Stony Brook got 14 points from Jared Frey in a losing cause and another 10 points from Ben Wight. Collin O'Connor contributed 4 assists for them, while Andre Snoddy had 7 rebounds.

George Mason was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
