Tyler Johnson went off for 26 points and added 5 rebounds leading Mercer over Stetson, 89-83, on Sunday at Edmunds Center.
Alex Holt had 23 points for Mercer and Ahmad Robinson chipped in with 16 points. Ahmad Robinson had 10 assists for them, while Brady Shoulders was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Stetson got 23 points from Jordan Wood in a losing cause and another 22 points from Josh Massey. Mehki Ellison contributed 6 assists for them, while Abramo Canka had 10 rebounds.
Mercer led at halftime, 40-39.
