Columbia Falls 86-61 to Brown - Recap

The battle between Brown and Columbia didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Columbia was handed a 86-61 defeat on Friday at Paul Bailey Pizzitola Sports Center.

Brown won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -5.0-point spread as favorites.

Brown got 20 points from AJ Lesburt Jr. and another 14 points from Malcolm Wrisby-Jefferson. Kino Lilly Jr. contributed 8 assists, while Landon Lewis cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.

Columbia got a 16-point performance from Gerard O'Keefe, who was supported by 16 points from Gianni Cobb. Kenny Noland had 3 assists in a losing cause for Columbia, while Blair Thompson grabbed 14 rebounds.

First-half bettors who backed Brown were victorious, as the score was $HalfScore at the break.

Brown had a 41-37 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.

Brown looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Cornell. Columbia will aim to get back on the winning track at Yale.
