Howard Falls 93-65 to Yale - Recap
The battle between Yale and Howard didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Howard was handed a 93-65 defeat on Wednesday at John J. Lee Amphitheater.
Yale got 19 points from Samson Aletan and another 17 points from John Poulakidas. Bez Mbeng contributed 7 assists, while John Poulakidas cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
Howard got 17 points from Marcus Dockery in a losing cause and another 16 points from Blake Harper. Anwar Gill contributed 5 assists for them, while Blake Harper had 6 rebounds.
Yale was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
The rebound battle favored Yale as they grabbed 31 boards, while Howard only had 22
