Stony Brook Falls 86-64 to Yale - Recap
Stony Brook was run off the court by Yale on Wednesday as they blasted them 86-64 at Stony Brook Arena.
Yale won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -9.0-point spread as favorites.
Yale got 22 points from John Poulakidas and another 18 points from Nick Townsend. Bez Mbeng contributed 6 assists, while Nick Townsend cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
Stony Brook got 18 points from Joe Octave in a losing cause and another 16 points from CJ Luster II. Collin O'Connor contributed 5 assists for them, while Joe Octave had 6 rebounds.
Yale led at halftime, 48-29.
Yale had a 40-28 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
