Charlotte 49ers vs Davidson Wildcats Recap - Davidson Wins 75-71
Davidson got 18 points from Reed Bailey as they ran past Charlotte 75-71 on Tuesday at Belk Arena.
Davidson did not, however, defeat Charlotte against the spread, which closed at -7.5 at most sportsbooks.
Bobby Durkin had 14 points for Davidson and Roberts Blums chipped in with 13 points. Reed Bailey had 5 assists for them, while Reed Bailey was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 7 boards.
Charlotte got 23 points from Nik Graves in a losing cause and another 16 points from Jaehshon Thomas. Nik Graves contributed 3 assists for them, while Dean Reiber had 7 rebounds.
Davidson was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Charlotte won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 30-29.
Davidson looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Detroit. Charlotte will aim to get back on the winning track at Georgia State.
