Richmond Falls 90-49 Against VCU - Game Recap
The battle between VCU and Richmond didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Richmond was handed a 90-49 defeat on Saturday at Stuart Siegel Center.
VCU won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -19.5-point spread as favorites.
VCU got 20 points from Max Shulga and another 10 points from Joe Bamisile. Max Shulga contributed 5 assists, while Max Shulga cleaned the glass with 6 rebounds.
Richmond got 12 points from Dusan Neskovic in a losing cause and another 8 points from B. Artis White. B. Artis White contributed 3 assists for them, while Mike Walz had 4 rebounds.
VCU was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
VCU won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 27-20.
VCU looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the La Salle. Richmond will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Duquesne.
