Recap - Missouri Defeats Florida 83-82
Missouri grabbed a 83-82 win over Florida on Tuesday, behind a 22-point effort from Caleb Grill at Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
Missouri won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +10.5-point spread as underdogs.
Mark Mitchell had 15 points for Missouri and Anthony Robinson II chipped in with 12 points. Tamar Bates had 3 assists for them, while Mark Mitchell was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.
Florida got 28 points from Walter Clayton Jr. in a losing cause and another 14 points from Alijah Martin. Alex Condon contributed 3 assists for them, while Rueben Chinyelu had 10 rebounds.
Missouri was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Florida had a 35-33 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, Missouri takes its act home to face Arkansas looking for another win. For Florida, they head home to face Texas.
