Rice Falls 81-78 to Tulane - Recap
Tulane got a 25-point performance from Rowan Brumbaugh as they ran past Rice 81-78 on Saturday at Fogelman Arena in Devlin Fieldhouse.
Tulane won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -4.5-point spread.
Gregg Glenn III had 20 points for Tulane and Asher Woods chipped in with 20 points. Rowan Brumbaugh had 8 assists for them, while Rowan Brumbaugh was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 6 boards.
Rice got 21 points from Jacob Dar in a losing cause and another 18 points from Caden Powell. Caden Powell contributed 4 assists for them, while Kellen Amos had 9 rebounds.
Tulane was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Next game, Tulane takes its act home to face East Carolina looking for another win. For Rice, they head home to face UAB.
