Northwestern State Falls 92-69 Against McNeese State - Game Recap
The battle between McNeese State and Northwestern State didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Northwestern State was handed a 92-69 defeat on Monday at Prather Coliseum.
McNeese State got 20 points from DJ Richards Jr. and another 18 points from Sincere Parker. Quadir Copeland contributed 11 assists, while Christian Shumate cleaned the glass with 6 rebounds.
Northwestern State got 14 points from Micah Thomas in a losing cause and another 11 points from Addison Patterson. Willie Williams contributed 2 assists for them, while Jerald Colonel had 6 rebounds.
McNeese State led at halftime, 43-33.
The rebound battle favored McNeese State as they grabbed 27 boards, while Northwestern State only had 23
