Bethesda Flames vs Utah Valley Wolverines Wrap - Utah Valley Wins 119-59
The battle between Utah Valley and Bethesda didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Bethesda was handed a 119-59 defeat on Saturday at UCCU Center.
Utah Valley got 21 points from Tanner Toolson and another 19 points from Ethan Potter. Trevan Leonhardt contributed 10 assists, while Osiris Grady cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Bethesda got a 22-point performance from Kameron Mayhan, who was supported by 10 points from Cameron Durr. Cameron Durr had 3 assists in a losing cause for Bethesda, while Kameron Mayhan grabbed 6 rebounds.
Utah Valley was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Utah Valley won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 48-21.
Utah Valley looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Abilene Christian. Bethesda will aim to get back on the winning track at Sacramento State.
