Recap - Flames Defeat Old Dominion 45-17

Liberty cruised to victory on Saturday, as they ran up a 45-17 score against Old Dominion in Week 3 action at Williams Stadium.

The Flames were a -27.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 53.0.

Malik Willis rushed for 77 yards, while Joshua Mack added 47 yards in the win. CJ Daniels and Demario Douglas added 70 and 60 receiving yards respectively.

Elijah Davis rushed for 57 yards for Old Dominion, while Jon-Luke Peaker added 25 yards. D.J. Mack Jr. threw for 134 yards for the Monarchs, while receivers Zack Kuntz and Stone Smartt had 60 and 27 yards respectively.

Old Dominion lost the offensive yardage battle to Liberty 424-201 yards in Saturday's game. Liberty had more first downs as that total ended up 23-15.

Liberty led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:44-28:16 split in that important category.

Liberty heads into a Week 4 battle against Syracuse. Old Dominion, meanwhile, will have their next action against Buffalo.
