Kansas Falls 59-7 to Cyclones - Recap
Breece Hall tore up the turf for 123 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Cyclones to a 59-7 win over the Jayhawks at Jack Trice Stadium.
The Cyclones were a -34.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 57.5.
Breece Hall rushed for 123 yards, while Hunter Dekkers added 47 yards in the win. Xavier Hutchinson and Charlie Kolar added 96 and 44 receiving yards respectively.
Devin Neal rushed for 83 yards for Kansas, while Torry Locklin added 39 yards. Jason Bean threw for 120 yards for the Jayhawks, while receivers Trevor Wilson and Kwamie Lassiter II had 55 and 25 yards respectively.
Iowa State outgained Kansas 564-302 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 25-18 by the Cyclones.
Kansas led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 33:15-26:45 split in that important category.
Next game, Iowa State takes its act on the road to face Kansas State looking for another win. For Kansas, they head home to face Texas Tech.
