Mel Brown tore up the turf for 156 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Huskies to a 48-14 win over the Owls at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field.

Mel Brown rushed for 156 yards, while Durell Robinson added 156 yards in the win. Skyler Bell and Shamar Porter added 43 and 33 receiving yards respectively.
Cam Fancher rushed for 71 yards for Florida Atlantic, while CJ Campbell Jr. added 53 yards. Cam Fancher threw for 87 yards for the Owls, while receivers Caleb Coombs and Jabari Smith had 28 and 26 yards respectively.
Florida Atlantic lost the offensive yardage battle to UCONN 542-250 yards in Saturday's game. UCONN had more first downs as that total ended up 32-11.
