Tahj Brooks scampered through the Cincinnati defense for 172 yards as Texas Tech handed the Bearcats a 44-41 defeat on Saturday at Jones AT&T Stadium.

Cincinnati outgained Texas Tech 555-482 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 29-21 by the Bearcats.
Texas Tech lost the time of possession battle 32:01-27:59, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Texas Tech looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Arizona. Cincinnati will aim to get back on the winning track at UCF.
