Hawkeyes Fall 20-17 Against UCLA - Game Recap

T.J. Harden ran for 125 yards as UCLA handled Iowa by a score of 20-17 on Friday at Rose Bowl.

UCLA won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +6.5-point spread as underdogs. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 45.0.

T.J. Harden rushed for 125 yards, while Keegan Jones added 38 yards in the win. Logan Loya and Kwazi Gilmer added 94 and 32 receiving yards respectively.

Kaleb Johnson rushed for 49 yards for Iowa, while Jackson Stratton added 14 yards. Jackson Stratton threw for 28 yards for the Hawkeyes, while receivers Jacob Gill and Seth Anderson had 138 and 35 yards respectively.

UCLA outgained Iowa 415-265 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 23-12 by the Bruins.

UCLA led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 37:33-22:27 split in that important category.

UCLA heads into a Week 12 battle against Washington. Iowa, meanwhile, will have their next action against Maryland.
