New Mexico State Aggies vs Texas A&M Aggies Recap - Aggies Win 38-3

Texas A&M won 38-3 on Saturday against New Mexico State behind a 111-yard receiving performance from Theo Melin Ohrstrom at Kyle Field.

The Aggies won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -39.0-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.

Amari Daniels rushed for 84 yards, while EJ Smith added 60 yards in the win. Theo Melin Ohrstrom and Tre Watson added 111 and 67 receiving yards respectively.

Seth McGowan rushed for 75 yards for New Mexico State, while Mike Washington added 37 yards. Santino Marucci threw for 80 yards for the Aggies, while receivers Mike Washington and Jordan Smith had 24 and 21 yards respectively.

New Mexico State lost the offensive yardage battle to Texas A&M 565-214 yards in Saturday's game. Texas A&M had more first downs as that total ended up 28-12.

The time of possession battle favored Texas A&M as their offense was on the field for 34:35, longer than the 25:25 of their opponents.

Texas A&M looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Auburn. New Mexico State will aim to get back on the winning track at Middle Tennessee.
