Boilermakers Fall 24-17 Against Michigan State - Game Recap

Michigan State earned a 24-17 victory over Purdue on Friday in Week 13 action at Spartan Stadium.

The Spartans won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -14.0-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.

Kay'ron Lynch-Adams rushed for 85 yards, while Aidan Chiles added 26 yards in the win. Montorie Foster Jr. and Nate Carter added 59 and 32 receiving yards respectively.

Devin Mockobee rushed for 14 yards for Purdue, while Reggie Love III added 2 yards. Hudson Card threw for 342 yards for the Boilermakers, while receivers Jahmal Edrine and Max Klare had 87 and 83 yards respectively.

Michigan State lost the offensive yardage battle to Purdue 338-293 yards in Friday's game. Michigan State had more first downs as that total ended up 22-19.

The time of possession battle favored Michigan State as their offense was on the field for 32:19, longer than the 27:41 of their opponents.

Michigan State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Rutgers. Purdue will aim to get back on the winning track at Indiana.
