Nevada Falls 38-14 to Rebels - Recap
UNLV got a 135-yard performance from Jai'Den Thomas as a key part of its 38-14 victory over the Wolf Pack on Saturday at Allegiant Stadium.
UNLV won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -17.5-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 54.0.
Jai'Den Thomas rushed for 135 yards, while Hajj-Malik Williams added 104 yards in the win. Jacob De Jesus and Ricky White III added 84 and 55 receiving yards respectively.
Brendon Lewis rushed for 30 yards for Nevada, while Ashton Hayes added 19 yards. Brendon Lewis threw for 292 yards for the Wolf Pack, while receivers Jaden Smith and Marcus Bellon had 92 and 85 yards respectively.
Nevada lost the offensive yardage battle to UNLV 519-359 yards in Saturday's game. UNLV had more first downs as that total ended up 28-22.
UNLV lost the time of possession battle 30:41-29:19, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
