UCONN Defeats Buffalo 47-3 - Recap

The Bulls were burned by Skyler Bell for 153 receiving yards on Saturday as the Huskies picked up a 47-3 win at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field.

UCONN was a favorite by -6.0 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 44.5.

Cam Edwards rushed for 97 yards, while Durell Robinson added 73 yards in the win. Skyler Bell and TJ Sheffield added 153 and 36 receiving yards respectively.

C.J. Ogbonna rushed for 38 yards for Buffalo, while Messiah Burch added 15 yards. C.J. Ogbonna threw for 82 yards for the Bulls, while receivers JJ Jenkins and Qua Sanders had 32 and 26 yards respectively.

Buffalo lost the offensive yardage battle to UCONN 537-198 yards in Saturday's game. UCONN had more first downs as that total ended up 28-12.

UCONN led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 34:20-25:40 split in that important category.

UCONN looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Temple. Buffalo will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Toledo.
