South Alabama Defeats Western Michigan 30-23 - Recap
Kentrel Bullock scampered through the Western Michigan defense for 130 yards as South Alabama handed the Broncos a 30-23 defeat on Saturday at Cramton Bowl.
South Alabama won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -6.0-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 54.0.
Kentrel Bullock rushed for 130 yards, while Bishop Davenport added 85 yards in the win. Jeremiah Webb and Devin Voisin added 182 and 42 receiving yards respectively.
Jaden Nixon rushed for 45 yards for Western Michigan, while Zahir Abdus-Salaam added 33 yards. Hayden Wolff threw for 196 yards for the Broncos, while receivers Kenneth Womack and Anthony Sambucci had 89 and 36 yards respectively.
Western Michigan lost the offensive yardage battle to South Alabama 537-317 yards in Saturday's game. South Alabama had more first downs as that total ended up 25-21.
