Buffalo Defeats Pittsburgh 9-3 - Recap

The Bills grabbed a Pre-Season Week 2 victory over the Steelers on Saturday, winning 9-3 at Acrisure Stadium.

The Bills were a +2.5-point underdog in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 37.5.

Ray Davis rushed for 58 yards, while Frank Gore Jr. added 41 yards in the win. Zach Davidson and Quintin Morris added 27 and 20 receiving yards respectively.

Justin Fields rushed for 42 yards for Pittsburgh, while La'Mical Perine added 20 yards. Justin Fields threw for 92 yards for the Steelers, while receivers Dez Fitzpatrick and Connor Heyward had 32 and 20 yards respectively.

Pittsburgh lost the offensive yardage battle to Buffalo 245-219 yards in Saturday's game. Buffalo had more first downs as that total ended up 14-13.

Buffalo lost the time of possession battle 30:32-29:28, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Buffalo takes its act home to face Carolina looking for another win. For Pittsburgh, they head on the road to face Detroit.
