New York Falls 28-27 to Colts - Recap

Anthony Richardson ran through the New York defense for 2 TDs as Indianapolis handed the Jets a 28-27 defeat on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

Bettors who backed the Colts were also rewarded, as they covered the closing number as an underdog of +4.0 at sportsbooks. Over-Under bettors saw the total score go OVER the closing total of 43.0.

Jonathan Taylor rushed for 57 yards, while Anthony Richardson added 32 yards in the win. Josh Downs and Alec Pierce added 84 and 74 receiving yards respectively.

Breece Hall rushed for 78 yards for New York, while Aaron Rodgers added 7 yards. Aaron Rodgers threw for 184 yards for the Jets, while receivers Davante Adams and Breece Hall had 72 and 43 yards respectively.

New York lost the offensive yardage battle to Indianapolis 332-253 yards in Sunday's game. Indianapolis had more first downs as that total ended up 18-10.

New York lost the time of possession battle 34:17-25:43, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Indianapolis looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Lions. The Jets will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Seattle.
