Florida Skates Past Columbus 4-3 - Recap

The Panthers earned a 4-3 victory over Columbus on Tuesday behind a 35-save performance from Spencer Knight at Nationwide Arena.

The Panthers were a -137 favorite in the win. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 6.5.

Eetu Luostarinen, Anton Lundell, Sam Reinhart, and Dmitry Kulikov each scored for the Panthers in the victory. Lundell opened the scoring for Florida.

Spencer Knight stopped 35 of 38 Columbus shots in the victory.

Columbus got goals from Sean Monahan, James van Riemsdyk, and Cole Sillinger in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Elvis Merzlikins stopped 18 of 22 shots for the Blue Jackets, but it wasn't enough to earn the victory.

On the power play, Florida went 0-for-3, while the Blue Jackets were 0-for-2 with the man advantage.

Columbus outshot Florida 38-22 in the game.

Next game, Florida takes its act home to face Vancouver looking for another win. For Columbus, they head home to face Buffalo.
