Las Vegas - Sliding on to the NHL ice in Colorado tonight and gonna use the Avalanche over the Golden Knights. The ice is freezing, but the Avs are on FIRE! They've won NINE in a row, and 12 of the last 13. The Rocky Mountain kids were exceptional in the opening round against St. Louis, CRUSHING the Blues 4-1, 6-3, 5-1 and 5-2. That's a humungous 20-7 goal differential, and that spells trouble for Vegas. Avalanche for the money, and, you can BOOK IT!!!

If you need some NBA hoops, gonna throw down a gorgeous two team 6-point teaser. Take the Suns from +7 to +13 points against the Lakers, and then drop the Nets from -6.5 to minus a hook against the Celtics.

Was so excited about my tennis picks that I threw down a week early. If you were not following last week, here's what's up on the clay.

GAGNANT!!! Yea, getting my French on and taking a quick look at the Open in Paris starting on Monday. And for all my friends outside of Canada, Gagnant means WINNER! You could also say vainqueur, and of course, we're talking about the KING OF CLAY, Rafael Nadal. Rafa goes for his MIND-BLOWING 14th title and if his knees hold up, just give him the trophy. You'll have to lay a small price, around -$115, but this is as close to a lock as you'll ever find. Just in case one of the young guns decides to go crazy, gonna tickle Stefanos Tsitsipas at around +$700.

If you need a money-maker on the women's side, try defending champion Iga Swiatek from Poland at around +$350. Why Iga? Well, she just won the Italian Open and lost ONLY 13 points in the final as she DOUBLE-BAGELED world #10, Karolina Pliskova.
