Las Vegas - REALLY early over in England, a 7:30 start in the East, and grabbing Tottenham over Brighton & Hove. The Spurs have been EN FUEGO, winning four in a row, and outscoring the opposition 14-2. Yea, FOURTEEN to TWO! That's like a 56-7 blowout in college football. One of those wins was at Brighton when they fed the Seagulls a 2-0 bagel. Expecting the Hotspur to stay HOT, and dropping a bundle of chips on captain Harry Kane and his boys.

Bouncing on to the NBA hardwood this afternoon, and gonna drop a little love on Minnesota +7 points over Memphis. First the history. Back in November, the Grizzlies hosted the T'Wolves as a -4.5 point favorite and posted a 125-118 win. The Over/Under total was 220.5 and went Over. Back up to Minnesota at the end of November, and the Wolves blew away the Grizz, 138-95 as a -2.5 point chalk. The O/U was 221 and went high. In January, Memphis (-3) picked up a 116-108 W and the total (230.5) went Under for the first time. In the final meeting back in February, Minny (+2) hosted and squeezed out a 119-114 W, with the total (240.5) going Under once again. So, where are we in the opener? We're gonna tickle the T'Wolves for a few reasons. They are THE HIGHEST scoring team in the NBA (115.9 points per game) with a fabulous three man machine consisting of Karl-Anthony Towns, Anthony Edwards and D’Angelo Russell. KAT was WAY off against the Clippers in the play-in game, scoring ONLY 11 points, but Edwards (30 points) and Russell (29 points) were wicked good. We LOVE Ja, and think he's the most ELECTRIC player in the league, but at plus seven, the Wolves gotta eat!
