Las Vegas - Only three games on the MLB board and none of 'em are calling my name. So we'll take a look at the final group match in Kansas City between the USA and Uruguay. How can the Stars & Stripes advance? It's complicated. If the USA beats Uruguay and Panama beats Bolivia, then it comes down to goal differential because they would both have six points. If Panama wins and the USA lose or draw, get out the golf clubs. It's OVER! If the USA and Uruguay play to a draw and Panama loses, Uncle Sam is in. If the USA and Panama both play to a draw, it comes down to goal differential. At the moment, the Stars & Stripes are +1 and Panama is -1. After saying all that, we just don't think the USA can handle Uruguay. La Celeste have been phenomenal so far in Copa America, outscoring the opposition 8-1 (3-1 over Panama and 5-0 over Bolivia). They also smoked Mexico in the last game before the Copa, 4-0. What about the USA? Uncle Sam beat the WORST team in the tournament, Bolivia, 2-0, then came up on the short end of a 2-1 score against Panama. Kinda hard to believe that the Stars & Stripes are favored. So we'll drop a handful of chips on the underdog, Uruguay to win, at around +$190, and also back it up with a few bucks on the draw (+$225) after 90 minutes.

Uruguay manager Marcelo Bielsa has been suspended for the match against the USA. Why? He came out 90 seconds late after the half against Bolivia. As John McEnroe would say, YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!
