First up, you might wanna look at rest vs. rust because the Avalanche have been waiting nine days to skate in ANGER, while the Lightning have had just four days off. Las Vegas - Turns out that the BEST pitcher on the Dodgers staff AIN'T Walker Buehler, Clayton Kershaw or Julio Urias. Say hello to Tony Gonsolin from Vacaville, California. Walker, Kershaw and Urias have been at it way longer, but Gonsolin is healthy and throwing peas. Since the start of 2021, he has a RIDONKULOUS 11-1 record, yea, ELEVEN AND ONE! And he's 7-0 so far this season, with a teeny-tiny 1.58 ERA.

Las Vegas - No hoops, no ice, so we turn to the MLB board, and roll out to Chicago for a play on Michael Kopech and the White Sox over the Rangers. Kopech's record looks just average at 2-2, but this flamethrower is anything but average. He has started 10 times and had only one bad outing. That was against the Blue Jays up in Toronto. However, he turned it around REAL quick in his last start, throwing six innings worth of bagels and allowing only ONE hit.
