Las Vegas - If you're all about underdogs in the NFL, you were probably flush after the first four weeks with the dogs sitting at 38-24. If you played all the dogs this past week, you gave back some of your cash, but still were in the black. It was a 7-9 cover mark, but the dogs are still barking with a 45-33 record after five weeks.

Las Vegas - Anyone know where Appalachian State is? No Google plz. Okay, it's in Boone, North Carolina, which is in the Western part of the state, a few miles from the Tennessee border, and smack in the middle of the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains. What's also gorgeous is the Mountaineers 4-1 record as they fly down to Lafayette, Louisiana to take on the Ragin' Cajuns. Shawn Clark took over at App State after Eli Drinkwitz took the Missouri job, and Clark is 14-4 since putting on the headset.

Las Vegas - Not sure about laying seven with Baltimore now that Carson Wentz is throwing darts again (only one INT so far this season), so we'll try some halftime action. Thinking about the Ravens on the money line to win the 1st half, and if the Colts go into the tunnel with a lead, would come back HARD with Lamar Jackson in the 2nd half. Of course, if Baltimore cashed the 1st half bet, we're off to the spa for a massage!

BEREA, Ohio -- Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield has been playing with a partially torn labrum in his left shoulder. Mayfield suffered the injury to the non-throwing shoulder on September 19 while trying to make a tackle against the Houston Texans, and has been wearing a shoulder harness since.

Las Vegas - Got another spectacular winning three team 10-point teaser starting with Tennessee. Gonna drop the Vols from -10.5 to minus a hook, and watch 'em just win baby. Why? Because the QB, Hendon Hooker, has completed 69% of his passes for 838 yards with 10 TDs and just 1 INT. Then it's SMU, and gonna slice the Mustangs from -13 to -3 points over Navy. The Ponies are glittering at 5-0, SMOKED the Midshipmen last season, 51-37, and it should be just as easy this time.
