Las Vegas - Little taste of the UEFA Champions League action in Germany as RB Leipzig hosts Club Brugge. Leipzig was rocked in its first group game at Manchester City, 6-3, and will be looking to grab three points at home against Brugge. The Red Bulls just blasted Hertha Berlin on Saturday, 6-0, in a Bundesliga match, and should be ready to roll over the Belgians. Las Vegas - Gonna take a look at Cleveland with Cal Quantrill over the Royals this afternoon. Paul's kid Cal has been throwing some serious stuff at his opponents, winning seven of eight as a starter. And his last three outings have been phenomenal, allowing only 2 earned runs over 20 innings for an invisible 0.90 ERA. You know my Dad's standing rule: anytime the first number of the ERA is a ZERO, run to the counter as fast as you can!

Las Vegas - On to the NFL board Sunday, get out the oxygen tank 'cause we're gonna go Mile High and grab the Broncos over the Jets. Laying double digits in the NFL is a gamble, isn't everything, but in this spot, it looks like money in the bank. Denver is 2-0, actually 5-0 if you include the preseason, and it's the defense that is rocking the party. They have allowed only 13 points in each of the first two games, both on the road, and a total of 47 points in all five 2021 outings.

Las Vegas - Gonna roll over to the college football slate, and look at a delicious three team 10-point teaser. Kicking it off in Chicago, which will be a neutral site for the Notre Dame/Wisconsin game. Taking the Fighting Irish, and gonna bump 'em up from +6.5 to +16.5 points against Wisky. Then we move down South and drop North Carolina from -12 to -2 points against Georgia Tech. Finish up out West, grab Stanford and pump the Cardinal up from +5 to +15 points against UCLA.

Las Vegas - Before you get too excited about Wake Forest coming into the game against Virginia with a 3-0 record, lemme hit you with this. The Demon Deacons beat Old Dominion, Norfolk State and Florida State. Not exactly Alabama, Clemson and Ohio State. And guess what? The Cavaliers offense is gobbling up more yards than any of those teams. Virginia is #5 on the national offensive charts, averaging 559 yards per game, mostly on the right arm of Brennan Armstrong.
