Las Vegas - Bouncing on to the NBA hardwood out West and gonna roll with the Celtics over the Blazers. Like many of the teams, Boston has had to deal with numerous health issues, but it looks like the tide has turned. The Celtics have won and covered five of the last six including a 105-87 blowout on Sunday afternoon against a VERY good Denver team. The Cs had their starting five on the floor for most of the game, and it showed.

Las Vegas - Gonna roll out to Suds City and try the Brewers over the Cubs. Milwaukee's Freddy Peralta looked fabulous the last time out, throwing 5 innings, allowing ZERO earned runs and posting 8 Ks. And gotta tell you that the Brew Crew's bats are EN FUEGO, putting up a RIDONKULOUS 27 runs the last three times out. Gimme the Brewers for the money.

Las Vegas - Just have to mention Jacob deGrom. He has allowed ONLY one earned run over 14 innings and is pitching to a 0.64 ERA. Las Vegas - Gonna ask you to get up early this morning for a trip across the pond where we're gonna rock Liverpool over Aston Villa. Back in October at Villa Park, the Claret & Blue Army EMBARRASSED, HUMILIATED, DESTROYED, BLASTED, SQUASHED, and my favorite, BANJAXED the Reds 7-2. A five goal spread in soccer is like a baseball team winning 20-3. Does NOT happen that often.

Las Vegas - Very early in the season but we already have a little taste of revenge on the plate in Cleveland. The Indians opened the season at Detroit and lost two of three. The Indians did win the get-away game, 9-3, and should be ready to roll at home. Zach Plesac faced the Tigers in the second game of the series and came up on the short end of a 5-2 score. He wasn't horrible, allowing 2 earned runs over 6 innings, but Julio Teheran was better (1 earned in 5).
