Las Vegas - For those folks that bought a ticket on the Florida State/Boise State game, you are getting a REFUND! The game was moved around 160 miles from Jacksonville to Tallahassee and is now a HOME game for the Seminoles. The 'Noles opened -4 over the Broncos at the Jacksonville site, which is a home state advantage for FSU but NOT on campus. Florida State is back up on the board, ON campus, and the line has now moved to Seminoles -6.5.

Start out with the Colts odds to win the Super Bowl, which opened at 15/1, and with NO Andrew, plummeted all the way to 50/1. On the totals board, Indy opened with an over/under of 9.5 wins, and you can shave three off the total which dropped to 6.5. And for week one, the Chargers opened at -3.5 points at home, then when Luck announced, the game was taken off the board.
