Since every game starts with the National Anthem, that's where we'll start with our Super Bowl prop wagers.

Back in the day, we used to have the straight up Over/Under on how long the Anthem would take. We still have that prop, but there are now SEVEN other prop bets available for your betting pleasure. One is so silly that we're not gonna bother mentioning it.

Of course, the Over/Under on the Anthem is first up, and the time is listed at 1:59 seconds. More on that in a second. If you're interested, you can also drop some coin on any player to kneel, any player to raise a fist, which coach will be shown first (Andy Reid or Bruce Arians) and which player will be shown first (Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes).

So, we're gonna recommend going Over 1:59. Why? For the first time in 15 years, the Anthem will be a duet. Back in 2006, Aaron Neville opened up and Aretha Franklin took it home, and KILLED IT! The running time was 2:09. On Sunday, Jazmine Sullivan and Eric Church will get the honors. Not saying that these two in any way compare to the Queen of Soul or Neville, but it is a duet, so it's worth noting the time. Sullivan and Church have never performed together. Could not find a Church rendition of the Anthem anywhere, but did find Jazmine at an NHL game back in 2016, ripping though the Anthem solo in 1:39. Since she'll have company, it's GOTTA be a longer version.

But the BEST BET of all the prop wagers, and there are over a THOUSAND, is, will any scoring drive be less time than the length of the Anthem? Yes is a whopping favorite as you might expect at -$350, with No at +$225. Not sure what the limits are, but this is basically a NO BRAINER. Yea, you'll have to lay a steep price, but C'MON, how many times have we seen a scoring drive in the last two minutes of the 1st half, or, the last two of the game? Or, a 70 yard bomb that takes 12 seconds? Even if the Anthem clocks in WAY low, this is as close to a word we never use, LOCK, as anything we've seen. Not gonna mention which sportsbook is running this prop, but it ain't Fan Duel, Draft Kings, Bet MGM, PointsBet, William Hill, or any of the other biggies. Lets just say that the name of the book begins with a B, and is located on an island nation between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. You would also be correct if you found these folks working in one of the Leeward Islands. Enough hints. Just empty as much cash as you can on this prop, 'cause, yea, it's one of my BEST BETS BAABBBEEE!!!
