Las Vegas - Spread stats for your viewing pleasure. BYU flies to Honolulu with an overall 7-5 record, but the Cougars were only 4-7 against the spread. Brigham Young is a thin 1-point favorite, but UH OH, the Cougs bring a NEGATIVE perfecto to the Islands, failing to cover ALL six games as a favorite this season. Yup, 0-6! However, BYU has been a money machine in the bowl games, covering EIGHT in a row. Back to 2019, the Cougars have covered only two of seven on the road, and posted 6 Overs and 6 Unders.

Another bowl, another HOME game for Hawaii. The Rainbow Warriors roll into the Hawaii Bowl with a 9-5 overall record, 7-7 against the spread. The Warriors were 4-4 at home, 2-4 as a dog, and posted 8 Overs against 6 Unders.
Was thinking about surfing with Hawaii, but digging a little deeper, found this. The Rainbow Warriors have a minus-14 turnover margin, which ranks 127th out of 130 teams. That's a big fat OUCH, and, a stay away!
