Las Vegas - For those folks that bought a ticket on the Florida State/Boise State game, you are getting a REFUND! The game was moved around 160 miles from Jacksonville to Tallahassee and is now a HOME game for the Seminoles. The 'Noles opened -4 over the Broncos at the Jacksonville site, which is a home state advantage for FSU but NOT on campus. Florida State is back up on the board, ON campus, and the line has now moved to Seminoles -6.5. The over/under total opened at 54 and with the move as well as the incoming weather, the number is down to 51.
